Returns Policy
This Returns Policy applies to physical bookmark orders purchased through lawrencegittensjr.com.
1) Return Eligibility
We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Customer Support First
If there is any issue with your order, you agree to contact us first at support@lawrencegittensjr.com so we can resolve the matter before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank.
2) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@lawrencegittensjr.com.
Please include:
- Your order name or the email used at checkout
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
- Clear photos of the packaging, including the shipping label
3) Return Approval
Returns must be approved before anything is sent back. If a return is approved, you will receive instructions by email.
4) Return Shipping
If the return is approved because the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will advise you on the next step. Do not send items back without approval first.
5) Refunds or Replacements
Once the issue is reviewed and approved, we may offer one of the following:
- A replacement, if available
- A refund to the original method of payment
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our side.

- Items returned without prior approval
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear
- Orders refused by the customer after shipment
- Books purchased through Amazon
7) Books Purchased on Amazon
Books purchased through Amazon must be returned directly through Amazon according to Amazon’s return and refund policies. This Returns Policy covers only physical products purchased directly through this site.
